Criminal Trial Attorney
From jaywalking to murder, I defend it all.
A criminal charge is a terrifying thing. What to do now?
Know your rights before you go to Court, not after.
Fight to stay home, out of jail; to protect your record, to keep your job and to protect your family.
But how?
Remember:
- Every case is unique, no two cases are exactly alike.
- "There is no enterprise a human being can engage in that is more complicated than trying a case" (The Irving Younger collection: wisdom and wit from the master of trial advocacy, By Irving Younger, Edited by: Stephen D. Easton).
I have tried over 200 cases, and probation hearings or bond hearings, well, they are to numerous to count.
It's important to know that a person charged with a crime is not helpless. He or she has a constitutional right to a trial. They can negotiate a plea agreement or, cooperate for leniency.
And, there is always the reason why to have a trial: dismissal i.e. found not guilty.
I protect my clients from beginning to end. I know how a conviction -- or even a denial of a bond -- can hurt you and I work to keep that damage to a minimum.
I defend all crimes, including:
- Property Crimes
- Sex Offenders
- Crimes against Persons
- Forcible Sodomy
- Rape
- Carnal Knowledge
- Con Fraud
- Embezzlement
- Forgery
- Uttering
- Bad Checks
- Burglary, robbery, grand larceny
- Assault and battery
- Domestic Assault & Battery
- Vehicular manslaughter
- Murder
- Drug charges
